OLIVIA LONGIN 

After spending six years pursuing film and theatre outside her home state, Olivia returned to Montana and ventured into the real estate industry. Feeling the need for a more creative and entrepreneurial pursuit, she founded BMD. In just two years, BMD has become one of the leading media marketing firms in the state and surrounding areas. Olivia's unwavering dedication to client relations, brand storytelling, and team leadership is the driving force behind her work.

As Bozeman Media Design continues to thrive, she remains deeply rooted in the belief that Montana's essence lies in "business over coffee and a handshake," a tradition passed down through her family. In a world that can often feel impersonal, Olivia is committed to integrating the Montana value of personal relationships into the marketing world, ensuring that BMD's endeavors are characterized by genuine connections and authenticity.

RACHEL WILLIAMS 

As a project manager, Rachel keeps things running smoothly from start to finish. With hands-on experience in every part of our process—from client communication and strategy planning to design creation and on-the-ground photoshoot coordination—she makes sure each project feels cohesive, thoughtful, and true to the brand. Rachel got into marketing a few years ago after deciding it was time for a career shift and craving something more creative. Since then, she’s found her stride in a role that blends organization with artistry, and she loves collaborating with both clients and creatives to bring big ideas to life. When she’s not working, you’ll usually find her soaking up the beauty of Montana with her partner and their dog, spending as much time as possible in the saddle with her horse Waylon, or traveling to visit family.

OLIVIA POTTHOFF 

Olivia is originally from Whitefish, Montana, and graduated summa cum laude from SMU with a degree in Marketing and Graphic Design. She's worked in social media across a variety of industries, from Goliath Games in Dallas to D Magazine and a Charleston-based PR firm, developing a strategic, creative, and data-driven approach to digital marketing. Olivia is well-versed in trends, platform best practices, and analytic reporting, and she loves turning insights into impactful content. Having lived in five culturally diverse places, including France, Olivia brings a globally informed perspective that helps her craft content that genuinely connects. 

KAMRYN SCOTT

Kamryn Scott is a graphic designer and photographer with a strong foundation in visual storytelling and brand identity. With a degree in graphic design and a background in managing social media for local businesses, Kamryn brings a well-rounded and strategic approach to digital marketing. Her hands-on experience across industries—from art galleries and coffee shops to rebranding legacy companies—gives her a unique lens on design and communication. Known for her attention to detail and ability to create content that truly connects, Kamryn blends aesthetic intuition with marketing insight to help brands stand out and stay memorable.

CLAIRE MITCHELL 

With over a decade of experience in business strategy consulting and social media marketing, Claire brings a proven track record of guiding organizations to help them achieve their marketing goal across different sectors including, education, technology, hospitality, and beauty and wellness. Her expertise lies in taking a strategic approach to align campaign-based marketing initiatives with overarching business objectives to help organizations translate their goals into measurable outcomes. 

Claire holds a master's degree in Organizational Development from the University of Michigan and a Ph.D. in Adult Learning and Leadership from the University of Virginia. She has called Bozeman home for 5 years and loves to ski, camp, hike, and travel in the Rocky Mountain West. 

HANNAH RAINFORD 

With years of experience in the design industry and the social media sector, Hannah brings a wealth of skill in creative direction, public relations, and brand management. Specializing in strategic communications, Hannah holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Philosophy from Whitworth University, alongside detailed experience within the bridal space, as a copy editor, blog writer, and ad designer for Montana Bride Magazine. Pouring this expertise into intentional, timeless brand direction and content creation, Hannah fell deeply in love with the process of bringing client concepts to life, and seeks to translate client vision into thoughtfully curated wedding documentation through In This Moment.
