When East Edge needed an identity to match the architecture, BMD got to work.

A limited collection of ten condos positioned along Bozeman's eastern threshold, where downtown gives way to open land and trail access, East Edge was designed for buyers who value proximity, efficiency, and thoughtful design. The identity reflects the same restraint found within the development itself: clean geometry, warm materiality, and intentional simplicity.
